The Asylum Theatre is proud to add the world premiere of COMPLEMENTO by Rafael Guizado; translated by Gigi Guizado to our body of work as a Las Vegas gateway to global, contemporary theatre. We are grateful for our collaboration with the Winchester Dondero Cultural Center, a Clark County, Nevada facility for making it possible.
This new translation was a culmination of a years-long journey with artists and scholars from around the world through the Out of the Wings collective. It was an honor to host Catherine Boyle, the Director of Out of the Wings, live from London for our Las Vegas post-matinee audience discussion.
